If most of us carried cameras and homicidal motorists knew they were being videoed, would that alter their behavior? All it takes is a few put in jail and the publicity that brings about.
MARIN COUNTY (KRON)–The California Highway Patrol Marin County division is searching for a driver who they believe intentionally struck four cyclists Saturday afternoon.
According to CHP, the incident happened just before noon on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road.

A motorcycle rider heading the other way on the Point Reyes-Petaluma Road near Hicks Valley Road was wearing a video camera that captured images of the truck within seconds of the crash.

The accused was arrested 12 hours after the hit and run.
