The Rincon just north of the Fire Station is open and not flooded as of noon Saturday, 15 November.  In  past storms the Los Sauces Creek spilled over the road leaving a pond which essentially blocked the road. Not during this storm yet.

However, the entrance to the Omer Rains Bike path (left turn off Main St in Ventura) was blocked with a flood and the gates were closed. Riders can still get through on the walkway to the left of the gates but it is also flooded.
